Pensnett Coppice has been given new life with the collaborative efforts of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council and members of Friends of the Coppice.

The former playground equipment was removed many years ago and the site has remained empty ever since, but thanks to the hard efforts of Dudley Council and Friends of the Coppice, the playground has finally been brought back to life. The newly installed play equipment, painted in yellows and greens, seamlessly blends with the natural surroundings while still capturing attention from afar. Designed to stand out as a symbol of joy, the play area offers a variety of engaging options, ensuring endless hours of
entertainment for children of all ages.

To preserve the rural charm of the environment, the play area also features Notts Sprot synthetic carpet surfacing—a robust and durable surface that harmonises with the natural beauty of the surroundings.
